With over 20 years experience of working with the RFL, British Gymnasts, numerous elite athletes and within her own Private Practice, Jane has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise about a wide variety of injuries.
Jane strives to keep up to date with current injury related topics, by attending a number of CPD and academic courses each and every year.

Jane is a highly qualified Sports Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field of sporting and posture related injuries. Many of these injuries or pain can be caused by issues with biomechanical and structural movement patterns.
The initial assessment is required to analyse gait and functional movement patterns so that a treatment plan can be tailored for each individual based on their goals and requirements. Each personal rehabilitation plan will include expert advice and a prescription of exercises to enable you to take ownership of your progress. The number of treatments necessary will usually depend on the nature of the problem, the average amount of sessions to have a positive impact is usually around 6.
